The new Zaragoza skyscraper will rise in front of the Delicias station and will reach 106 meters in height thanks to its 30 floors and the antenna that will top it. It will be the first residential building to surpass the one hundred meter barrier in the Aragonese capital and only the Telefónica telecommunications tower, on Vía Hispanidad, will surpass it by 11 meters as the tallest construction in the Ebro Valley.
